Dispatch Staff
Our dispatch staff is experienced in all modes of transit operations and stands ready to assume additional responsibilities. Our dispatchers keep our operations moving and are critical to our success. They are our primary contact with passengers, track progress of our vehicles, relay messages, and resolve or escalate problems to the General Manager. Dispatch is the central hub of activity.
These individuals have pleasant personalities, strong English and Spanish language skills, clear radio voices, and attention to details. We train our team to be calm under pressure and be able to make decisions rapidly, sometimes with imperfect information.
Drivers
Every passenger that boards one of our vehicles expects and deserves excellent service. In our role as the operator of transit services, Express Transportation Services understands that we are viewed as an extension of our clients. This is a responsibility we do not take lightly. Throughout our years in business, we have developed and are continually refining our employee screening and training processes.
Simply put, there is no one person who interfaces with your passengers more than the Driver. We carefully screen each operator when we hire. Our supervisory staff monitors and regularly reviews their performance, and we share all compliments and concerns with each employee. We also subscribe to monitoring services to ensure compliance with our strict safety guidelines, ensuring that our Drivers maintain an acceptable driving record.
