Set up interviews with pre-qualified drivers.
Choose the best drivers based on the interview, behind the wheel testing and feedback from the current employer.
Conduct background checks, DMV license reviews, pre-employment drug testing and physicals.
We select drivers who meet our safety and customer service requirements, with a specific emphasis on recruiting local residents. In the event we are not able to fill all needed positions from the current driving pool after giving the candidates careful consideration, we will advertise in the local classifieds, internal postings, and through Internet sites such as Career-builder, and Indeed amongst others. This advertising and recruiting effort takes place in parallel with interviewing.
